Philip DiSalvio, Ed.D. serves as Director of SetonWorldWide and Assistant Provost at Seton Hall University. Dr. DiSalvio holds an Ed.D. from Harvard University Graduate School of Education in Administration, Planning and Social Policy and a post-doctoral fellowship in Healthcare Management and Finance from Johns Hopkins University and is a tenured faculty member in the Graduate Department of Public and Healthcare Administration.
Speaking extensively in the area of technology mediated education and online learning, Dr. DiSalvio most recent presentations include "Aligning Faculty Workload, Promotion and Tenure Policies with the Shifting Educational Delivery Environment: Challenges, Strategies and Recommendations," Featured Speaker at the 2007 Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA) Leaders Conference; “Developing an Interprofessional Orientation in a Graduate Healthcare Administration Program: Lessons from the Field,” Speaker and Panelist Chair at the 2006 Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA) Annual Meeting; "Becoming the Guide on the Side: Learning to Innovate in Teaching and Student Assessment," at the 2005, Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA) Annual Meeting; "Developing an Infrastructure for an Online Campus: Beyond the Classroom," at the Syllabus 2003 10th Annual Conference; "Unbundling Cost Variations: A Comparative Study of Online Degree Programs," at the 7th Sloan-C International Conference on Online Learning; "Developing an eLearning Strategy," at the 4th Annual Ubiquitous Computing Conference; and "Building the Right Strategic Partnerships for the Online Campus," at the e-Learning Strategy Summit. Dr. DiSalvio has been interviewed in the Wall Street Journal, UPI and a number of other national media on the subject of online learning and distance education.
In an article in University Business, entitled "Harvard Online: Paradigm Shift, or Business as Usual?" Dr. DiSalvio discusses whether graduation from a Harvard online degree program will perceived as carrying the same weight as graduation from a traditional on-campus program. Other publications included his co-edited Special Issue on The State Of Online Education in Health Administration Programs in the Journal of Health Administration Education, Winter 2001 (19:1), and his authored article "The Design And Implementation Of An Online Graduate Program In Health Administration: An Academic Director's Lessons From The Field," in that issue.
Co-author of the text Managing Computers in Healthcare, 2nd and 3rd editions, (published by Healthcare Administration Press and the Foundation of the American College), Dr. DiSalvio is also the author of the American College "The Management and Control of Technology" of Healthcare Executives Self-Directed Learning Series of Healthcare Executives
Dr. DiSalvio currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Health Administration Education, the Higher Education and Research Committee of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American College of Healthcare Executives New Jersey Regent Advisory Committee and on the Advisory Board for the Center for Internet Technology in Education.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Human Development from Boston College and a Master of Arts degree in Education from Seton Hall University. She is also a certified teacher for grades K-12, with a concentration in English.

Mitchel, Chair of Seton Hall's Educational Leadership, Management and Policy Graduate Department, received his Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Seton Hall University and his Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has served as teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent in New Jersey before becoming an assistant commissioner of education in the New Jersey Department of Education.

Howard has served as a senior officer in guiding organization, management development and training operations in corporate, public and non-profit sectors. He holds an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Philip DiSalvio holds an Ed.D. from Harvard University Graduate School of Education in Administration, Planning and Social Policy, a post-doctoral fellowship in Healthcare Management and Finance from Johns Hopkins University and is a Robert Wood Johnson Faculty Fellow in Healthcare Finance. His academic and research interests are in healthcare management, finance, strategic planning and ethics. He consults extensively in management and leadership training, strategic planning and organizational development, has served as a speaker and seminar leader for numerous healthcare organizations and serves as a group process consultant, facilitating board and senior executive retreats for healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Health Administration Education, on the Higher Education and Research Committee of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and on the American College of Healthcare Executives Northern New Jersey Regent Advisory Committee, Dr. DiSalvio has also served as an Advisory Board member of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Health Related Professions and as a Board Member of the Morristown Memorial Hospital Institutional Review Board.

Nursing Education) from the College of Nursing.

Zizik (MA, Montclair University; MFA, George Washington University) is an Associate Professor of Communication in the Department of Communication at Seton Hall University. She serves as the Director of Forensics and is the original designer and continues to be the Director of the Metropolitan Forensics Institute. As a performance practitioner she has coached several national speech champions and has earned SHU over 4,500 individual speech awards during her tenure as Head Coach and Director of the Brownson Speech and Debate Team. She is also coach of the National Ethics Bowl Team, one of the top 4 in the nation

As the assistant academic director and online facilitator for SetonWorldWide's Master in Strategic Communication and Leadership program, Soehnlein brings practical experience to the academic setting. He earned his Ph.D. in business education from New York University and has over 30 years of managerial experience in telecommunications and training at Verizon Corporation.
