Richard Dool, D.Mgt.

Dr. Dool specializes in leadership communication, strategic organizational change, globalization and distance learning.

I have been teaching at Seton Hall University since 2002 in various roles. I am currently the Director of Graduate Studies for the Department of Communication overseeing our four Master's degree programs and our Professional Certificate program. I came to academia with more than 25 years experience in the corporate world, with 18 years as a CEO. I have a range of management experiences including leading a $1B division of a Fortune 20 company and managing companies in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Hong Kong, India and Australia. I also have a keen interest in online education and have been teaching online since 2002. I am a Certified Online Instructor and a certified Quality Matters Peer Reviewer.
