I have over twenty five years of experience in the securities industry. I originally came to Seton Hall as an Adjunct Professor of Finance in the summer of 2001, not long after a career at Merrill Lynch, where I founded and managed the Global Equity Swaps Business and helped to establish and build the Global Equity Derivative Business. I have also worked for Morgan Stanley’s international division, with assignments in Tokyo and Hong Kong and County NatWest Securities with assignments in risk management in London. In addition to serving a Term Professor of Finance, I am the founder and president of Lakeview Asset Management, an investment advisory boutique catering to high net worth individuals. I also have created a special web site called The Finance Professor to enhance the learning experience and publish and investment newsletter called The LakeView Restaurant & Food Chain Report. You may also see, hear, or read me in the media where I am a regular contributor to TheStreet.com and frequently appear on, Fox Business News, Bloomberg television and radio, CNBC and local television.
My professional interests include securities valuations, investment strategies, and derivatives.
