My interests include corporate finance, derivatives, family firms, financial accounting, investments and mutual funds.

I earned my Ph.D. in Finance from Purdue University and came to Seton Hall from the University of Texas at Austin. My research interests include corporate finance, derivatives, family firms, financial accounting, investments and mutual funds.
