Profile
I have been a faculty member in The Department of Speech-Language Pathology since 2006. As one of the Directors of Clinical Education, I coordinate off-site clinical practicum experiences for the graduate speech-language pathology students. I have extensive clinical experience in the areas of adult swallowing and language disorders in healthcare systems.
My research interests include; dysphagia, feeding and swallowing deficits associated with Rett Syndrome and ethical issues surrounding the use of tube feeding in healthcare settings. I currently teach in the areas of swallowing and ethics.
