I am the Director of the Gerald P. Buccino ’63 Center for Leadership Development and the Stillman Honors Program.

Hired in 2007, Professor Reuter is the Stillman School’s Director of The Gerald P. Buccino ’63 Center for Leadership Development, the Stillman School’s Honors Program. Over the past 18 years, Professor Reuter has been an executive coach and mentor, and has led and implemented many successful organizational change management initiatives in major corporations. His passion for leadership studies and understanding their operational application is reflected in his work with senior executives in co-authoring papers which document their career learnings and experiences. He leverages his broad leadership knowledge and business experiences in the continued development of the Program’s participants by presenting them with learnings and experiences that will challenge, stretch and grow them during their university career to prepare them for highly successful professional careers and personal leaderships. He brings the same passion and intensity for performance and leadership excellence to the development of the Leadership Development Program’s structure, processes and offerings ensuring a best-in-class learning environment for the students. He writes a weekly newsletter, Three Minute Leadership, for a broad spectrum of business leaders, students and people he coaches and mentors addressing various topics on the subject of leadership. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the United States Hispanic Advocacy Association (USHAA), and also the Board’s Ambassador for Leadership. He is is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for WitnessHOPE.

  • Recognized as the 2011 Experiential Educator of the Year by the Seton Hall University Career Center
  • Inducted on May 2, 2011 into Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity as an Honorary Faculty Brother because of his unparalleled contributions and dedication to the study of leadership and business
  • Recognized as 2009 - 2010 Teacher of the Year by the Stillman School of Business and Alpha Kappa Psi, professional business fraternity
