Reciprocal Borrowing and Lending
University Libraries

The Reciprocal Borrowing and Lending Consortium allows ReBL card holders to access 25 member libraries (listed below) in Essex County (NJ).

The ReBL card is free. It can be obtained at each person's public or academic library. At Seton Hall, the ReBL card allows persons to borrow up to six books.

Seton Hall students may obtain a ReBL Card from the University Library Circulation Desk for access to these same libraries. Community members must obtain the ReBL Card from his/her local library.
