The School of Health and Medical Sciences and its faculty have designed the most comprehensive and innovative programs possible because we value academic excellence and creativity. Our concentrated areas of study prepare you for leadership roles in clinical practice, healthcare management, education and research. We stake claim to five-entry level professional programs that are fully accredited, which means, when you graduate and pass your national examination, you are qualified to practice in the healthcare community. All of our programs boast state-of-the-art technological resources and laboratories, diverse clinical experiences, and the necessary research tools that address current and evolving healthcare trends.

Through the dynamic interplay of abundant academic, clinical, service learning and traditional research, you are prepared to provide the highest quality services to your clients and patients. Our ultimate goal as a faculty — as a School — is to provide you with the leadership, research and clinical skills to succeed both personally and professionally. As a result of your commitment to your course of study, you’ll find that all of our programs have a 100 percent job placement rating. This means our students are securing employment and making a difference in the healthcare community. A number of our students are offered employment opportunities prior to graduation and many have multiple offers to consider.

What’s great about the School of Health and Medical Sciences and our faculty is that we’re not content to rest on our laurels. Faculty and administrators are continuously looking to add more to the School experience. We hope to continue to add facilities to our current listing of more than 300 clinical sites. We want to add state-of-the-future laboratory equipment. We hope to broaden our horizons through an international expansion. Faculty and administrators are currently developing collaborations with universities across the globe with the hopes of offering future continuing education and global clinical opportunities. Our end goal is to boast the best faculty, coursework, clinical opportunities, technological equipment and research tools for our student body. We want students to say, “If Seton Hall doesn’t have it, then no one does.” That’s our commitment to you.
