Graduates of the College Student Personnel Administration program are well-equipped to pursue careers in administration and management positions in student affairs in post-secondary institutions and/or to continue doctoral education in higher education administration, policy and research.

I have been offered the opportunity to expand my educational, administrative and life-developing experience. I was able to begin taking courses prior to entering the program, and I attended the ASHE Conference in Anaheim, California, where I participated and interacted with students, professors, researchers and educational leaders from programs all over the country during my first semester of study. As an administrator at Seton Hall, I have applied the knowledge gained from readings, and discussions with professors my peers.
