Offered on a convenient weekend and online schedule, this 39-credit accelerated,

2- year, blended program meets the needs of working educators.
The Executive M.A./Ed.S. program complies with all requirements for NJDOE Principal and Supervisor Certification and provides promising educators with the right mix of academic and practical training, delivered by distinguished Seton Hall University faculty and practicing school administrators.
The program requires only two weekend meetings per semester, to be held at either at the Seton Hall campus or at one of our off-site locations.
Graduates of our nationally-acclaimed program have gone on to highly successful careers and have earned promotions or placements into key administrative positions. Career counseling and placement assistance are available through Seton Hall University.

Education Leadership Program Options
Seton Hall University offers several convenient, cost effective, high quality online and on campus programs for aspiring education leaders.
- Online Executive M.A. - An accelerated 2-year cohort program that meets the needs of working educators.
- Blended Executive M.A. or Ed.S. - The blended 2-year program offers NJ educators both an online and on campus experience at Seton Hall’s South Orange campus and at partner sites around New Jersey.
- Traditional M.A. or Ed.S. - Study at your own pace in this traditional graduate campus-based program leading to an M.A. or Ed.S. degree in education leadership.
- Executive Doctoral Program - Accelerated, campus-based cohort doctoral degree exclusively for certified and practicing K-12 school administrators.
- Traditional Doctoral Program - Designed to provide administrative and supervisory skills for prospective and practicing K-12 administrators.
