The Department of Public and Healthcare Administration (DPHA), in conjunction with the Center for Public Service at Seton Hall University, offers two 39-credit degree programs:

Upon completion of the M.P.A. or M.H.A., students are prepared for management positions in a variety of government, nonprofit, arts, and healthcare institutions.

Students completing any of the certificate programs may opt to apply the credits toward either the M.P.A. or M.H.A. degrees by submitting an application and being accepted into one of the degree programs.

Classes are offered year-round at convenient times in the evenings and on weekends, as well as online. Many students have work experience, although programs accept students immediately after graduation from college.
