Internships
All students are required to complete a 200-hour internship as part of their coursework. Internships provide supervised practical experience learning in a museum or at a historic site. Students find internship placements which fit their educational and professional goals. Additionally, students are required to register for the 3-credit Internship course, though course registration does not have to occur at the same time as the actual internship. In the course, students will discuss their various experiences as interns, as well as take part in activities such as resume critiques, cover-letter review, and interview techniques.
