Welcome to the Department of Communication and The Arts!
As chair of the most exciting, innovative and interesting department on campus, I am thrilled that you have stopped by to learn more about the largest department in the College of Arts and Sciences. The Department’s talented, dedicated faculty and low faculty-to-student ratio is what first attracted me to Seton Hall as an undergraduate student.
At Seton Hall, your professors not only know your name, they know your talents, your potential, and your plans for the future. They help you learn and actively mentor you in your area of interest. In addition, you can refine your skills by being one of the majority of our students who gain valuable practical experience through rewarding internships. Seton Hall's proximity to the largest media center in the world allows you to jump-start your career -- giving you access to the cutting edge at major companies, organizations and non-profits in the media, music and art fields.
As an alumnus, I am proud to be a Pirate and appreciate all that I learned and experienced at Seton Hall – and particularly through this Department. I hope to see you here soon.
