College of Arts & Sciences
 
  • For students who are not yet enrolled, but are planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program at a Christian college, or individuals planning to participate in a short or long term missions trip.  Winners are chosen randomly from those who complete the appropriate information request form on the Christian Connector website.
  • Award: $1,000 - $2,500 depending on award
  • Deadline: May 31 every year.
 
  • Current sophomores or juniors who have exceptional gifts for ministry: love of God and church, imagination, creativity, compassion, a capacity for critical thinking, leadership skills, personal integrity, spiritual depth, dedication to a faith tradition and a passion to understand and to serve the needs of others.   Minimum GPA: 3.0.  For U.S. or Canadian citizens.  Students are required to attend the FTE Leaders in Ministry Conference.  Those who wish to apply must first be nominated by a college faculty member, administrator, chaplain or campus minister, or current pastor.
  • Award: 40 awards per year offer a $2,000 stipend per academic year to be applied to academic-related expenses and/or an experience of exploring ministry. 
  • Deadline: Nomination deadline is March 1, 2012.

  • For sophomore or junior Catholic Studies majors with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Award: Four awards are available annually at $2,000 each.

  • Intended to assist current teachers enrolling in the Master's degree program in Jewish-Christian studies in the College of Arts and Sciences. Awarded to approximately 20 students per semester.
  • Deadline: August 1st for the fall semester; November 15 for the spring semester.
