- For students who are not yet enrolled, but are planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program at a Christian college, or individuals planning to participate in a short or long term missions trip. Winners are chosen randomly from those who complete the appropriate information request form on the Christian Connector website.
- Award: $1,000 - $2,500 depending on award
- Deadline: May 31 every year.

Current sophomores or juniors who have exceptional gifts for ministry: love of God and church, imagination, creativity, compassion, a capacity for critical thinking, leadership skills, personal integrity, spiritual depth, dedication to a faith tradition and a passion to understand and to serve the needs of others. Minimum GPA: 3.0. For U.S. or Canadian citizens. Students are required to attend the FTE Leaders in Ministry Conference. Those who wish to apply must first be nominated by a college faculty member, administrator, chaplain or campus minister, or current pastor.

Award: 40 awards per year offer a $2,000 stipend per academic year to be applied to academic-related expenses and/or an experience of exploring ministry.
